AudioPig Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of AudioPig ("the app"), a local audiobook player for iOS published by Nitay Abuzaglo. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The app

AudioPig lets you import and play audiobook files you provide (such as MP3 and M4B). Core playback features are free. Optional AudioPig Plus features and voluntary tips are described in the app.

Your content

You are responsible for the audio files you import and for having the right to use them. AudioPig does not provide audiobook content and does not host your library on our servers.

In-app purchases

• AudioPig Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
• Feed a Student tips are optional one-time purchases. They do not unlock features.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Restore Purchases is available in the app if you reinstall or change devices.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to infringe copyright or other rights, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
